Your school curriculum, practice tools, and Federation reference
Open the section for the belt you currently wear: white belts study White Belt, orange belts study Orange Belt, and so on. Use Fry’s Karate curriculum for school practice. The separate Federation reference lists promotion requirements from the supplied 2018 curriculum. Your instructor determines readiness for testing.
